Extension of Stores and Cloakrooms in Frýdek-Místek, Gross Superstructure

This bachelor thesis deals with the technological phase of implementing the upper shell construction of an extension of stores and cloakrooms. The main supporting element is a prefabricated reinforced concrete frame. Roof structure is made from trapezoidal sheet and prestressed concrete slab.
Storage hall

The master thesis ´´Storage hall” deals with designing of selected elements prefabrikated skeleton hall. Discussed elements are truss, beam, girder, column and prefabricate footing. Within above mentioned elements was carried out static analysis, design of reinforcement and reinforcement drawings. Analysis of internal forces for columns and prefabricate footing was carried out with usage of the program Scia Engineer, 3D model of the whole object was created. Analysis of internal forces for the rest of elements was carried out with help of manual calculation. Those elements were designed with consideration of ultimate limit state. Serviceability limit state assessment was carried out within the truss.

The thesis is mainly focused on the study of the main technological parts and technological specifications for the implementation of the mounted frame, which solves loadbearing system of the building. This bachelor’s thesis solves a project documentation of Apartment House and contains appurtenances according to valid regulations. The house is designed as a detached house, without basement. It has a non-standard size and is covered with a flat vegetation roof. The house has five floors with balconies. The house has 12 dwelling units. On the first floor is accessory apartments: bicycle and pram room, utility room, utility room and cellar rooms. In the house is designed a elevator. The house is made of precast concrete frame and infill wall with a contact thermal insulation system.

The bachelor thesis describes the realization assembly of steel hall in Okrinek. The part of this stage is assembly off all elements steel hall including trapezoidal sheet metal. The thesis handles with technological prescription, assessment of transport itineraries, itimized budget with statement of quantities, design of site equipment, construction schedule, inventory of machines, control and test plan and occupational safety and health. In the last chapter of the thesis, there is described a fire-resistant coating of steel construction. The aim of this Diploma thesis is the elaboration of the project documentation of a construction part for realization of the new building of the production hall and administrative building in a city of Slavkov u Brna. According to the local zoning plan, both buildings are designed on a plot in the development part of the city. The selected plot is conveniently located due to good accessibility to the D1 motorway. The office building will consist of two above-ground floors. On the first floor there will be the management of the company and the head of the press, the economic and commercial department, hygienic facilities. On the second floor there wil be a graphic studio, a day room and a spacious terrace. The construction system of an office building will be a wall longitudinal. The ground plan of the object is rectangular. the roof is designed as a mono-pitched roof. The factory is a single-storey building. Inside the factory hall there will be a polygraphical technological equipment. The location of the machines is only indicative as well as their choice. The hall will have its own equipment equipped with air conditioning and heating. It is designed as a precast concrete frame. The system is designed longitudinal. The object is a rectangular ground plan with a saddle roof.
Construction-Technological Preparation of Warehouse and Administrative Building in Černá za Bory

The aim of this diploma thesis is the construction and technological solution of the warehouse and administrative building in Černá za Bory. The diploma thesis contains technological procedures for assembly of reinforced concrete skeleton and realization of industrial floor. This work solves problems that could arise during the assembly of the skeleton and realization of industrial floor. The thesis contains a construction technology project, a study of the implementation of the main technological stages, the situation of the construction with broader relations of transport routes, the project of construction site equipment and the main design of machines and mechanisms. Furthermore, I created a variant solution of skeleton assembly including financial and time evaluation. Since the project documentation that was provided to me did not include any details for the skeleton placement, I decided to develop design details for the skeleton placement. Subsequently, I developed a plan for occupational safety and health. As a part of this work I made a comparison of industrial floors, both in terms of performance and economic. In order to find out the time demands, I prepared an exact timetable for the implementation of the main building. In order to ensure high safety and quality, I prepared a control and testing plan for the assembly of the skeleton and for the implementation of industrial flooring.

In this work it is addressed, through a technical report, the situation of buildings, building equipment, budget, schedule, technological progress in construction, design of mechanical assemblies, KZP and Safety solved the technological stage.
